For Research Purposes Only. All products are intended exclusively for scientific research and laboratory use. Not for human consumption.
Research Use Only
Every product sold by Rixvia is supplied strictly for scientific research and laboratory use.
Nothing we sell is a drug, supplement, food, or cosmetic. Our products are not for human or veterinary consumption, and must not be administered to humans or animals under any circumstances.
By placing an order you confirm that the products will be used solely for legitimate research purposes and handled by someone qualified to do so.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from this site.
By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 or older and that you are a qualified researcher or otherwise competent to handle research compounds safely and lawfully.
You are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including any import, possession, or handling restrictions in your province.
Orders and Payment
Orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer. Your order is confirmed once payment is received; until then it is held as pending.
Promotional codes may be applied at checkout where offered. Codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. A sale is formed only when we accept the order and ship it.
Pricing and Taxes
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes.
Prices may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.
Shipping
We ship within Canada only. We do not ship internationally.
Orders ship tracked via Canada Post, and tracking is provided by email once your parcel is dispatched.
Shipping is free on orders over $300. Below that threshold a flat shipping rate is applied at checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates. Once a parcel is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control.
All Sales Final
Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly and we will put it right.
Product Availability
Availability is not guaranteed. Stock levels change, and an item shown as available may sell out before your order is processed.
If something you ordered is unavailable we will contact you to arrange a substitution, a credit, or a refund for that item.
Right to Refuse or Cancel
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, for any reason, at any time.
This includes orders that appear to be for resale, for prohibited use, or that we believe we cannot fulfill lawfully. Where we cancel a paid order, we refund it.
No Medical Claims
We make no medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or health claims about any product we sell.
Nothing on this site — including product descriptions, references to published literature, and certificates of analysis — should be read as a claim that any product treats, prevents, cures, or diagnoses anything.
Published research is cited for scientific context only and does not constitute a recommendation for use.
Limitation of Liability
Products are sold as-is, for research use, without warranty of any kind beyond the stated purity and identity on the applicable certificate of analysis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rixvia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, or use of our products.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to it.
You assume full responsibility for the safe and lawful handling, storage, and use of anything you buy from us.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there.
Any dispute arising from these terms or from a purchase is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
