What We Collect

When you place an order we collect only what is needed to fulfill and ship it: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the details of your order.

If you join our mailing list we store your email address. If you contact us by email we keep that correspondence so we can follow up on your order.

We do not collect payment card details. Orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer, which is handled entirely by your bank — we never see or store your banking credentials.

How We Use It

Your information is used to process and fulfill your order, arrange shipping and provide tracking, and communicate with you about that order.

We use it to respond when you contact us, and to send order confirmations and shipping updates. That is the full extent of it.

How We Store It

Order records are stored securely on our own servers with restricted access. Only the people who need order information to fulfill and support your order can see it.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for business and accounting purposes. You can contact us to request deletion of your information, subject to any records we are required to retain.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use your browser’s local storage for two things: remembering the contents of your cart between visits, and remembering that you have completed age verification so you are not asked on every page.

That data stays in your browser. It is not transmitted to us and it is not used to track you.

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising. It sets cookies and reports page views, product views, cart activity, and checkout starts to Meta. We do not use it to sell or share your personal information. You can opt out through your browser or Meta’s ad settings.

Email Communications

We send order confirmations and shipping updates. If you have joined our mailing list we may also send occasional product announcements.

We do not send unsolicited marketing to customers who have not opted in. To stop receiving email from us, contact us at any time and we will remove you.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We have never sold customer information to third parties and we never will.

We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners. The only third party that receives any of your details is the shipping carrier, which needs your name and address to deliver your parcel.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date below. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
